JBean.info = MaxiWeb.com.au

After many successful years in the website design trade (16yrs personally), JBean.info has now merged with MaxiWeb.com.au - to bring you a truly FULL SERVICE internet business!

JBean.info took over the management of MaxiWeb.com.au on the 1st of July 2008, and have been working towards re-building the MaxiWeb.com.au website which offers Hosting Solutions, Domain Name Registrations, Web Site Design and Re-Designs, Ecommerce Setup, Marketing & Advertising and the beginnings of a massive Web Directory and Shopping Network! So as you can see, this strategic move now brings together all of the strengths of both entities and combines them into one mega business.

So what happens to the JBean.info website?
At the moment, it will remain as you see it. In the near future, it will be developed into a secondary portal for our MaxiWeb.com.au clients to utilise shared advertising and marketing programs, plus further information about consultancy projects.

How do these changes effect existing JBean.info clients?
Other then the name change and general billing and payments information - nothing! You will still be dealing with me (John Lennon) and may be contacted via other staff of MaxiWeb.com.au from time to time. All client website's will be updated over time to reflect these changes (now MaxiWeb.com.au - not JBean.info) and all new invoices will be from MaxiWeb.com.au as of July 1st 2008. The new MaxiWeb.com.au business also gives you access to cheaper hosting and domain name services - so it's a win/win situation for all!

Why did you take over MaxiWeb.com.au?
I saw an opportunity to expand my services and offer cost effective solutions to my existing and future clients, as well as expanding the MaxiWeb.com.au business beyond the previous owners means. By taking this step forward, I have secured a far better and marketable business name, as well as a new client base and further opportunities to develop MaxiWeb.com.au to a higher level and compete in a lucrative, yet highly competitive area. At the end of the day, this move allows us to offer you more for less - which I believe is very important in this industry.

So what now?
Now comes the hardest part of any business take over - integration. I know this is not to be taken lightly, and understand that there are some very difficult times ahead in the short term. The great news for the JBean.info clients is that you have already dealt with me for a long time (Most of you anyway!) and apart from the previously mentioned changes, that's all you'll have to worry about. For me, I now need to familiarise myself with all existing MaxiWeb.com.au clients and touch base with everyone to sort out everyone's needs. This will be no small undertaking, as the previous owners did a great job in attracting lots of clients at all levels, to their business over the years.

So with all the new changes and planning currently being put into place, please be patient and understanding. I'll be doing my best to have everything running smoothly once again - ASAP!
